Very frustrated. I bought a lovely car from them, knowing that the tyres would need doing at some point... I was fine with that. However, he failed to tell me the brakes were really low (which has resulted in new discs and pads not even a week later) and also didn't give me locking wheel nut keys with the car! When I told him about all this, he told me he knew they were low! Very very poor customer service. Not happy at all, but at least I have a fantastic 5.0L V8 Jeep.
