We made reservation week in advance. Last min they tell you there ls no car. The car breaks down they say yiu will get a refund in 3-5 days. But it has been 20 days no refund yet. Tom and Louise at Malden branch do nothing all day.

Booked a van on the internet for the weekend. Picked up the van on Saturday morning. No fuss, very proffesional and efficient service and a very competative rate. Minimum paper work. The van was super. Clean and drove like a dream.Return was the same, minimum fuss. This is what car hire is like in the USA. Thanks to Lewis for an easy transaction. Will definately use again.
