Had my car washed here about 5 years ago and becaue they put the radio on had the doors open and turned on my hazard lights while cleaning the dash it killed my battery i had to go over to the petrol station and buy jump leads and get some one to jump me. They tried to bump start it but couldnt so just buggered off and left me. I havnt been back since. My car was a 08 plate corsa my car was perfectly fine before they touched it.
We chose the Gold Valet service which costs 18. When we picked the car up, the back seat and floor was still covered in mud. We complained and was told it needed wiping with a wet cloth, and we hadnt paid for it to be washed inside. When we got home the mud came off completely when I wiped it with a wet cloth. Also noticed that the door seals hadnt been wiped clean. Told them we will definitely NOT be going back.
Good standard service. However, I asked whether they could do upholstery deep cleaning/shampoo and the boot. They said yes to everything but when I got the car, it had been just vacuum cleaned and the boot not even touched. Then I realised that they just nodded to anything I'd say. Not great communication :(
