Not a good experience, my phone screen smashed after being dropped and was fitted with a cheap version of the screen I wanted and still cost 70 (same price as Vodafones real screen). It started to crack by itself after only two weeks so it just goes to show the screen was not of good quality. Was offered no warranty or advice by the store or compensation, should of known that anyway before going in. Thank you for your reply, I have phoned your shop today in Heybridge and you cannot confirm you have replied to my message or know anything about my review, or are you a different branch, what is going on, can you please advice me on who will help with my phone as it is not my fault that the screen is cracked after only one week without being dropped. I await your reply thanks.
