Took my money 3 times for the same order, called them and they refused to give my money back, he kept saying I no take money because it no confirmed I have no idea what that means. Have to give them two weeks before I can take further action, utter shambles. Dont use the app/ website, it just rips you off & no one speaks English to be able to deal with it.Update: Its now over two weeks since my order and Ive been informed that it will take up to a month to get my money back. This company are a joke
2 hours after ordering I phoned them to see where our food was, only to be told they knew nothing of my order. I gave them the order number I got from theyre web site only to be told the same again. I then told them they had taken the money from my PayPal account to which they again denied. Ive now had to ask PayPal to intervene. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Friendly and decent food
The last time we ordered was 3 years ago.. It was OK. Ordered today and we were all really impressed with our pizza and chicken this evening.
