What could go wrong, did go wrong but Dave's calm and humourous nature meant that together we could laugh through the house falling through 4 times, unforeseen difficulties at every turn, but 1 year later we got there - I think we made a pretty good team Dave! Buying and moving is never easy nor stress free but Dave Ridgewell at William H Brown really did make it as smooth as possible for us. One of the most stressful times in your lives can be moving, but not if you use W H Brown. Not only were they our Estate Agents, they set up our mortgage and we used their solicitors to sell 2 properties and to buy 1 property. So much easier all under one roof and everyone knows whats going on when you make a call to anyone of these people. Would recommend them to anyone looking to move in the future. We were kept updated at all times and was always called back when I left a message. The mortgage process was so easy, as long as you have all your financial details then it is dealt with efficiently and quickly.
