They have "everything" and a few things you had not thought of. Very helpful. JUst don't take their gift advice or you'll give someone a wind instrument that they'll never use.

Not good service, I purchased a chart online and when it arrived I found that it was out of date and had been superceded three months ago.I contacted them by email, nothing, after a week I phoned them, they then told me that was the latest chart, which it wasn't. After I suggested they looked in Imrae's website they sent me a return label and said they would replace the chart.Two weeks later I still hadn't received anything, so phoned them again to be told they had refunded the money, when I checked, sure enough they had, but only part of it, I'm still waiting.....I know it is only a small amount, but it does annoy me
We desperately needed a stove for a customer and was told by the manufacturer there was none in the UK. Charlotte @ marinestore went above and beyond to not only source the impossible but also get it delivered the next morning. Has to be one of the friendliest best companies in the East of England. Would highly recommend!
