Had a very pleasent time here . Different style from the other pubs in town and certainly a pleasant change.
Have been to the black rabbit pub twice once for a drink and the second time for a meal and wasn't disappointed a huge piece of cod and lovely chips and mushy peas.The pub has a quirky atmosphere and decor, a small car park at the rear of the pub.In my opinion this pub well worth a visit.

Great retro board games. A couple of nice guest beers. Good selection of spirits.
Popped into here on a hike from Witham. Ale we got was a little cloudy and tasted off, but got a replacement drink when we questioned the staff with no fuss. Food was tasty, did take a little long to come out, but we weren't in at peak time and everything seemed to be cooked fresh.
