Lovely family restaurant with great food and the staff go above and beyond. Made our birthday meal very special, we look forward to coming again!
Intimo Fresco is a lovely little restaurant situated out in Maldon. We've been looked after really well every time we've visited and I highly recommend the fish dishes! :D
After reading reviews we were all looking forward to our evening but unfortunately all 7 of us were very disappointed after waiting at least an hour for our food with no apology and when it did arrive we were all very disappointed pizzas were soggy and the yellow thick sauce on the sea bass was not nice at all would recommend they use little sauce jugs instead of drowning the fish. First and last time for all of us. Service was very slow.
Had a lovely 2 course Italian meal and glass of fizz. On the evening we went two new members of staff were on their first 'shift' so service was slightly slow with manager mentoring them. All staff were smartly dressed and 'smiley'. With the separate rooms you can enjoy a romantic setting so good for couples and small parties. The menu wasn't all Italian dishes so caters for a variety of tastes. An enjoyable experience.
Great place. There were 7 of us, all had great food and great service. A bit hidden away in the mix of retail outlets in the high street but well worth locating. Cosy feel about it.
