I am new to the area & attended this practice today as a new patient. I was seen as an emergency having been triaged by the receptionist, who was very efficient, & professional in her approach. I cannot speak highly enough of the dentist who treated me, and the receptionist was very courteous. I know that I am not unique when I say this but I do get quite anxious when visiting the dentist so it was the first thing I imparted upon entering the treatment room - straight away I was put at ease & I wasnt made to feel like an idiot. I would like to extend my gratitude to the dentist for his superb care, his calming & professional manner is second to none; I couldnt recommend him or the practice highly enough. What a refreshing change!
