Waited 2 hours for my meal still hasn't turned up, was told it was going to be an hour, ordered the minute they opened, very poor service on the phone.. wont order again.
Food was ordered at 7pm this evening and at 8.50pm the food has just arrived. Absolutely disgusting service and constantly fobbed off about delivery time from restaurant. Phone was put down on us by the person there, clearly no customer service experience at all.
Exelent food In maldon area.
Excellent takeaway menu with reasonable prices. Friendly and efficient staff who are always willing to help. If you like good curries you will undoubtedly become a regular. Why not pop down "The Maltsters" 50 yards away in Hall Road, while your meal is being prepared?
I was recommended the red onion but was really disappointed. I only ordered a chicken tikka masala but when I got home it didn't look or taste like a chicken tikka masala. It was orange for a start, every chicken tikka I've had has been red and it didn't have any flavour, it just tasted very sweet. The chicken was tender but didn't taste marinaded. A really disappointing curry and I won't be going back.
