I read several negative reviews but I have been getting my repeat prescriptions from the Pharma for several years and the only one problem I encountered was my online request, which I use every month, went astray. The Pharmacy was more than helpful and gave me an emergency supply until the Doctor signed a new prescription.My only comment (not a moan), it would be useful if there is a problem with the online prescription, only had this once when the Dr changed my medications, it would have been good for the Pharmacy to ring rather than wait for me to turn up.As for the staff, no issues as always pleasant and like all people they try and in the majority of cases do give a good service. This is an incredibly busy practice and the Pharma covers a huge area. Instead of moaning and winging raise the issues with the Pharmacy Manager and if that fails speak to the Surgery Practice Manager.
Convenient opening hours, but the staff need more training. I constantly have issues with my repeat prescription. Don't bother with their online service either!
I am utterly disgusted with the pharmacist in this practice, I went to collect a prescription of pain relief for my terminally ill dad and they said the doctor from their practice hadnt written capsules or tablets on the prescription so he couldnt give me the pain relief my dad so desperately needed!!!!! I called 111 of whom said she would fax over a new prescription but he refused to accept it...... thus leaving my dad without his medication oh and he was reluctant to even talk to 111 too
