Unbelievably rude woman on the pharmacy advice line there is no need to talk to people in that manner, made me feel completely stupid for phoning up with a query regarding my medication.
The problem with the Longfield Pharmacy is that they have a captive customer base. As a result there is no need for customer service and you can be messed about with impunity. Customer service very poor seems to be run for their convenience not the customer.
Absolutely awful service received for 3 months now, my son has an allergy to normal formula milk so has prescription. For the 3 months he has had the prescription we have had trouble getting hold of the formula, there has been a supply shortage and i am disgusted at the service i have received from the pharmacy. They have been very rude and unhelpful when trying to get the formula, had absolutely no emotion that my baby would have no source of food if the formula wasnt available. once i pick up the prescription i have on order i will be using a different pharmacy.
